Sharon was raised on a farm north of Parkbeg. She and her husband Tony lived in Alberta for a year after their marriage, returning to Moose Jaw in 1974. They raised their 4 children in Moose Jaw for 22 years, and the past 28 years have lived on an acreage just south of Moose Jaw. Sharon has always had a heart to help others, reflected in her work as a care aide for 28 years. Her volunteer experiences include positions in the churches she has attended, St. John Ambulance, MJSAR, and co- founder of Informed Choices Pregnancy Center. She helps with supper meals at Salvation Army, and has enjoyed getting to know the folks that are served. Sharon is delighted to help Hope Ministries become a reality, as we continue to serve those in need in our community.
